Somatic Therapy

"Therapist is our inner playmate"    Manuela Mischke Reeds

I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for self-exploration and embodied transformation using mindful somatic psychotherapy, rooted in the principles of Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, Somatic Parts Work (IFS) , Somatic Attachment Therapy and Polyvagal Theory.

We will address the root of trauma and its ripple effects—such as anxiety, burnout, depression, low self esteem, addictions, fears and relational difficulties. Helping you to navigate life with greater resilience and ease.

By mapping the landscape of your nervous system, identifying your patterns, and discovering effective nervous system regulation tools and resources, that are particularly tailored to your unique self, we will widen the pathways to your radiant aliveness!

I offer to somatically re-pattern  the relational attachment strategies that are held within the nervous system, formed for survival during the developmental stages of our lives. I also use talk therapy to help make meaning and integrate the experience. With the help of both body and mind we explore the obstacles to the natural flow of energy, that can affect our sense of safety, belonging and ease in life.

With mindful curiosity we work together towards expansion of awareness and integration of conflicting parts into a harmonised whole.

In a relational field I can help you navigate your current relationships, dating challenges or breakups. Our work can support a more easeful relating and deeper self-understanding.

I am also passionate about supporting people to heal the Trans-generational trauma imprints.

My transpersonal, non-dual approach to psychotherapy integrates body, mind, and soul, with a focus on personal growth, self-realization, and a deeper sense of purpose. In a compassionate, playful, and embodied way. I help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, your sense of peace and joy, while tapping into a deeper connection with the sacredness of life.

In addition to being a therapist, I am a passionate dancer inspired by the movements of nature and the wisdom of Eastern philosophies: Kashmir Shaivism and Buddhism.
Over the past twelve years, my journey into yoga, meditation, and plant medicine work has deeply shaped my approach to healing and growth.

Alla’s work has been deeply impactful for me. I received regular sessions for over a year, and she held a gentle, grounding and powerful space, using somatic techniques to help me process and shift long-held traumas. I found her presence and insight to be truly transformative, and she really takes the time to build trust and resonance with you. I would recommend her to anyone looking for somatic integration and true healing.
